Lost or Missing Packages

Address Changes

If you need to change the delivery address, please email our customer service team at support@sniffsleep.com within 24 hours of placing your order or before the cut-off time. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Not at Home

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the delivery partner may attempt to redeliver the package or leave it at a nearby collection point, such as a local post office or designated pickup location. You will receive a notification with instructions on where and when to collect your package.

Refused Delivery

If you refuse a delivery, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
